Halwani Bros witnesses 93% profit growth amid nearly SAR 457.5m sales in H1-26

Halwani Bros Company, a regional food manufacturer, reported net profits of SAR 26.88 million during the first half (H1) of 2026.
The positive net income marked a 92.83% increase from SAR 13.94 million in the prior-year period, according to a bourse filing.
Half-year sales grew by 1.29% to SAR 457.48 million during January-June 2026.
Earnings per share (EPS) for the six-month period ended on 30 June 2026 rose to SAR 0.76 when compared to SAR 0.39 in H1-25.
Total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, stood at SAR 361.55 million at the end of June 2026.
During the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, Halwani Bros registered a net profit of SAR 11.47 million, representing a 370.08% leap compared to SAR 2.44 million in Q2-25.
The food manufacturer attributed the growth to a one-percentage-point expansion in gross profit margins resulting from enhanced operational efficiency and lower raw material costs.
Quarterly revenue saw a slight decline of-0.88% to SAR 212.01 million from SAR 213.90 million in Q2-25, as lower export sales offset steady performance in the Saudi and Egyptian markets.
Operating profit for the quarter rose by 34.08% to SAR 18.61 million in April-June 2026.
The company also benefited from a 35% reduction in financing expenses and the reversal of previous provisions.
In Q1-26, Halwani Bros posted net profits worth SAR 15.41 million, while its sales hit SAR 245.47 million.
