Market Capitalization

Market capitalization is the total market value of a company’s outstanding shares, calculated as the share price multiplied by the number of issued shares. Price-to-Earnings (P/E) Ratio

Because the calculation uses the market price, the yield rises when the price falls and falls when the price rises, assuming the dividend is unchanged.
