Food prices witness collective rise on April 16th

Prices of poultry and meat rose collectively on Thursday, April 16 th, as per the Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC).

The price of white poultry increased by 0.6% to EGP 92.4 per kilogram, while meat jumped by 1.7% to EGP 437 per kilogram.

Tilapia fish was priced at EGP 86 per kilogram, representing a daily rise of 1%.

A liter of packaged milk climbed by 3% to EGP 44.6.

Meanwhile, a carton of eggs declined by 9.6% to stand at EGP 120.2.
