Minapharm Pharmaceuticals unveils $0.04/share cash dividends for 2025

Minapharm Pharmaceuticals announced a cash dividend distribution valued at EGP 29.452 million for 2025, equivalent to EGP 2.5 per share, according to a bourse filing.
The dividends are set to be paid in two installments: the first on August 15 th, 2026, and the second on November 15 th.
Last February, the ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Minapharm Pharmaceuticals greenlighted a €13.25 million loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
