United Bank to disburse $15.9mln cash dividends for 2025 in Egypt

The United Bank plans to disburse cash dividends valued at EGP 825 million, equivalent to EGP 0.75 per share, for 2025, according to a bourse filing.

The lender will pay out the annual dividend on June 24 th through Misr for Central Clearing, Depository, and Registry (MCDR).

In the first three months of 2026, the bank’s consolidated net profits after tax fell by 21% to EGP 611 million from EGP 774 million at the end of March 2025.
