e-finance’s consolidated profits leap 64.5% YoY in H1 2026

e-finance for Digital and Financial Investments generated consolidated net profits attributable to the owners of the company valued at EGP 1.806 billion in the first half (H1) of 2026, according to the interim financial results.

This marks a 64.47% year-on-year (YoY) increase from EGP 1.098 billion in H1 2025.

Revenues jumped to EGP 4.174 billion in H1 2026 from EGP 3.229 billion in the same period a year earlier.

Standalone net profits after tax increased to EGP 1.253 billion at the end of June 2026 from EGP 748.837 million in the year-ago period.

Similarly, standalone revenues rose to EGP 1.407 billion in the first six months of 2026 from EGP 907.586 million in H1 2025.

e-finance is a homegrown developer of digital payment infrastructure, tasked with developing the government of Egypt’s financial network. Over nearly two decades, the group has penetrated all corners of Egypt’s digital market and transformed itself into a leading technology-focused investment firm.
