based startup incubator MINT by EGBANK has partnered with regional entrepreneurship and investment firm Value Makers Studio (VMS) to support Egyptian startups entering and expanding in Saudi Arabia, as per a press release.

VMS will act as MINT Incubator’s regional partner in the Kingdom, leading a dedicated Saudi Arabia Regional Expansion Track. The program will provide participating founders with market-entry assistance, regulatory guidance, mentorship, and connections to local business networks.

The partnership will also support the top three startups selected from the cohort in completing investor registration with the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia (MISA), helping them establish and operate entities in the Kingdom.

As part of the incubator’s curriculum, VMS will design and deliver content addressing market readiness, company-establishment routes, regulatory requirements, and relevant government platforms in Saudi Arabia.

Founders will also receive guidance from mentors and guest speakers drawn from VMS’s Saudi network, along with regional media and marketing support. The program is intended to help startups understand the practical requirements of operating and scaling their businesses in the Kingdom.

All startups in the cohort will gain access to more than $200,000 in combined software and technology benefits, including cloud credits and software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools offered through VMS’s partner network.

The collaboration will further connect VMS with participating founders for mentorship, relationship-building, and potential investment and collaboration opportunities. VMS portfolio companies and other startups in its network will also be able to access software benefits offered through MINT.

“VMS is an ideal partner, given its strong regional experience and deep understanding of the market and the entrepreneurship ecosystem. Through this partnership, we look forward to offering young entrepreneurs a wider range of opportunities and services, and to strengthening their access to regional markets. We are proud of this partnership and look forward to delivering real value and tangible impact for the entrepreneurship community,” Nelly Mahmoud, Chief Officer Marketing, Youth Services & Financial Inclusion at EGBANK, stated.

Motaz Abuonoq, CEO of Value Makers Studio, commented: “There is significant ambition among Egyptian founders to expand into Saudi Arabia, but entering a new market requires the right local knowledge, relationships and infrastructure. This partnership is about turning that ambition into a practical route to market. Together with MINT, we are giving founders the tools and access they need to take meaningful steps toward building their businesses in the Kingdom.”
