TMG Holding to pay out EGP 618m dividends for 2025

The shareholders of Talaat Moustafa Group Holding Company (TMG Holding) approved distributing EGP 618.19 million in cash dividends for 2025.

The real estate developer will disburse a dividend of EGP 0.30 per share over two equal tranches, according to a bourse filing.

The first installment will be distributed on 31 May, while the second will be paid on 31 July 2026.

During 2025, TMG Holding generated 42.50% year-on-year (YoY) higher consolidated net profits after tax and non-controlling interests, amounting to EGP 18.20 billion, compared to EGP 12.76 billion.
