The EGX 30 is the benchmark index of the Egyptian Exchange, tracking the 30 most liquid and actively traded listed companies. Constituents are weighted by market capitalization adjusted for free float, and the index composition is reviewed semi-annually. It is the most widely quoted gauge of the Egyptian stock market’s overall performance.
