The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) is the government body that regulates and supervises Egypt’s non-banking financial markets, including the Egyptian Exchange, brokerages, mutual funds and insurance. It sets listing, disclosure and licensing rules and enforces investor-protection standards across the market.
