Delta for Printing to disburse EGP 56m dividends for 2025

The shareholders of Delta Company for Printing and Packaging approved cash dividends totaling EGP 56 million for 2025.
The Egyptian company will distribute a dividend of EGP 10 per share over two tranches, according to a bourse filing.
The first installment will total EGP 3.30 million, while the second tranche will amount to EGP 52.69 million.
On 15 April 2026, the EGX-listed company also greenlighted a 7% bonus for the Chairman and Managing Directors.
