Alexandria Container’s net profits jump to EGP 1.9bn in Q1-26

Alexandria Container & Cargo Handling logged 10% year-on-year (YoY) higher net profits after tax at EGP 1.94 billion in the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, compared to EGP 1.76 billion.

Net sales jumped by 4% to EGP 2.15 billion in January-March 2026 from EGP 2.07 billion in Q1-25, according to the unaudited financial results.

In February, the company’s board members greenlighted the estimated budget for 2026, targeting net profits of EGP 7.66 billion and operating revenues of EGP 8.71 billion.
