Al Baraka Bank Egypt to pay EGP 1.1/share dividends for 2025

The shareholders of Al Baraka Bank Egypt approved cash dividends worth EGP 800 million, equivalent to 15.72% of its paid-up capital, for 2025.

The lender will disburse a dividend of EGP 1.10 per share, according to a bourse filing.

Meanwhile, the ex-dividend and distribution dates will be 9 and 16 April 2026, respectively.

It is worth noting that the dividends will be paid through Misr for Central Clearing, Depository, and Registry (MCDR).

During 2025, Al Baraka Bank Egypt recorded an annual hike in consolidated net profits after tax to EGP 4 billion, compared with EGP 3 billion.
