O B Financial Holding’s consolidated profits shrink 93% YoY in H1 2026

O B Financial Holding recorded 93.07% lower consolidated profits at EGP 37.762 million in the first half (H1) of 2026, compared to EGP 545.276 million in H1 2025, according to the financial results.
Basic earnings per share (EPS) retreated to EGP 0.0082 at the end of June 2026 from EGP 0.1138 a year earlier.
Non-consolidated profits hit EGP 32.283 million in H1 2026, against losses of EGP 16.906 million in H1 2025. EPS reached EGP 0.0070 when compared to a loss per share of EGP 0.0037.
O B Financial Holding turned profitable at EGP 106.682 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, versus net losses of EGP 67.590 million in Q1 2025.
